Raw data does not provide answers, but Quintus can. We use state-of-the-art statistical analysis software to interpret survey data. Quintus can find the patterns in your data that reveal meaning. In addition to common techniques such as regression and analysis of variance (ANOVA), we also use exploratory techniques such as cluster analysis and factor analysis to find relationships between and among respondents and questions to help reveal the “big picture” in your data. We further enhance the “big picture” by analyzing your customers’ own words gathered from open-ended responses. Open-ended questions provide rich customer data and can greatly enhance the understanding of the results from closed-ended questions (e.g. scale ratings). Open-ended responses are often collected but not used because their analysis is time consuming and expensive. Quintus uses state-of-the-art technology to improve the speed and accuracy of open-ended response analysis. We can help you cost-effectively mine the value of open-ended responses. Following data analysis, we determine and present actionable results in a form that is most useful for your stated goals. If you are tracking a set of issues over time, we provide a “score card” style report that can be accessed via a secure password protected web page. The score card shows key metrics and allows you to drill-down by time (month, week, etc.), branch location, employee, or any other relevant factor for your business. The data in the score card is regularly updated, so you can access current data whenever you need it. If you want to create a report based on the data, you can export the data in xml, text, or Microsoft Excel format. Some projects require a formal report rather than (or in addition to) an online score card. Quintus can provide a comprehensive written report with in-depth analysis of issues, presentation of statistics, quotes, and recommendations. We will tailor this report to your needs or audience. |
