Once you've designed the right survey to target your concerns, you need to find the right people to respond. It's not as simple as it sounds. The Quintus team will work with your company to deploy the survey according to your guidelines, budget and schedule, while recommending the best current methodologies. Quintus can recruit respondents and manage the entire process, or we can work with you to recruit from your customer base. The Quintus team has expertise in deploying all types of surveys, including surveys by phone and paper, but we are particularly experienced at administering online surveys. We generally host the survey on our servers, which provides your customers with secure, 24x7 access to the survey. We also provide our clients with password access to a customized score card or report. If preferred, the survey can be hosted on your site with the data automatically e-mailed back to Quintus for analysis and reporting.
