Survey Score Card Example |

The interactive report below shows the score card that was created as described in the Acme survey case study (.pdf). Note: this link will open in a new browser window. Click on any buttons at the side and see the changes to the bar graph and the guages. For this particular example, we're using data collected in a survey asking about customer satisfaction and intent to buy. The menu items are user intents that they indicated and selecting the items on the menu causes the gauges and the bar graphs to reflect the associated data. The gauges are roll-up indices from the bar graphs. The colors on the bar graph are statuses that were set based on company goals. The solid blue line for "average this period" happens to coincide with the bar data because they are from the same period.
