User testing involves a more in-depth review of your product or website. Quintus will recruit representative users to work on typical tasks involving your product. They will be asked to speak out loud as they run through each task. A Quintus consultant observes these users in this controlled environment, making detailed observations about how they interact with the product, and what problems arise. User testing can clearly point out inefficiencies, and it can also uncover unique solutions to problems. Client benefits can come in several forms, including a summary report and recommendations, the ability to observe testing and take your own notes, transcripts of the sessions, or a “highlights” video that captures some core issues with your product. The video can be an especially effective tool during a product development or marketing meeting. Following the user testing, Quintus consultants are available to work side-by-side with your development team to suggest ways to implement improvements. |
